Vast Racing Products extends partnership with Erik Jones through 2025

Daytona Beach, FL — Vast Racing Products has announced that they have extended their partnership with NASCAR Cup Series Driver Erik Jones. Vast Racing Products is a supplier of top tier brands of race car components, safety equipment, and custom printed apparel and canopies for race teams and tracks.

In addition to the personal sponsorship support at the Cup Series level, Erik Jones will once again drive the Vast Racing Products Super Late Model in select events throughout the year. “Vast has supplied our Super Late Model team and my foundation with apparel and canopies for the past couple of years,” stated Erik Jones. “Their products are high quality and I look forward to representing them throughout the 2025 season.”

Last year, Vast began promoting their own line of custom produced products including: full color printed canopies, sublimated crew shirts, track and team apparel, and custom trophies. PRI & New Product Line

VAST Racing Products was excited to take part in 2024 PRI in Indianapolis, IN. At the show, VAST introduced our custom printed items to the racing community, including our 10 x 20 and 10 x 10 full color custom printed canopies as well as our full sublimation crew shirts. We were very pleased with the amount of interest in these items and looking forward to working with everyone that we had the opportunity to meet.

One consistent question that came up regarding our canopies was whether or not we offered a light kit with them. While we came into the show without that as an available option, we are pleased to say that we have since partnered with the BEST in the pit area lighting field. VAST is proud to announce that we are now an Authorized Dealer for Lizard Lit Pit Lights. Lizard Lit Pit Lights Kits are now available as a one-click add-on during the ordering process for our 10×10 Custom Printed Canopy and our 10×20 Custom Printed Canopy, or as individual items for purchase in our Pit & Shop Lighting category.

Meet the Founder. Army Veteran Corey Walker. At a young age of 5, his love of motorsports began. He got his first dirt bike at the age of 5 and raced all the way up until a senior in high school. Once he graduated high school, he began his military career as Military Police. He served a total of 8 years and spent 3 of the 8 overseas. But that didn’t stop his love for motorsports, while serving, he continued racing dirt track in Street Stock class. He has raced UTVs, Rock Bouncers, Dirt Bikes, Dirt Track and more. Now that time has passed, His love for the sport has overflown into his children. His daughter at the age of 8 began racing dirt track in her mini cup. His son at the age of 4 has started riding his pw50 dirt bike. Along with Corey’s love for motorsports, his love for this company goes beyond measures.

He founded Lizard Lit Pit Lights in November of 2019. What started as just an idea has developed into a World Wide Empire. He is the ONLY employee of the business. Yes, that’s right, He does all the marketing, customer service, phone calls, packaging, assembling, shipping, and more. Literally EVERYTHING. BIRMINGHAM, Mich. (Nov 10, 2023) – NASCAR Cup Series driver Erik Jones and Erik Jones Racing grow their partnership with Michigan-based company Energy Products to support the national launch of their new VAST Racing Products Division. Earlier this year, Energy Products combined with their home-state native, Jones to promote and support the new P1 Battery product line. P1 battery and additional racing related products can now be found on the recently launched VAST direct-to-consumer platform and will be represented as the primary paint partner on the No. 4 Super Late Model of Jones for the 56th running of the Snowball Derby in Pensacola, Florida on December 3rd.

VAST Racing Products are available through an ecommerce store selling hundreds of brands and 100,000+ part numbers related to racing, performance and off-road vehicles. This direct-to-consumer platform has full distribution in place to serve race fans nationwide.

To promote the company’s new division, Energy Products has teamed up again with the Byron, Michigan native for the marquee December race. On the expanded partnership, Jones remarked, “I’m fortunate to have a great partner in Energy Products. They are from my home state of Michigan, and they understand motorsports and the racing community. Jones has a storied history competing in the prestigious Snowball Derby. In 2013, he became the third driver in history to score back-to-back victories in the December late model spectacular at Five Flags Speedway. The win came one year after holding off NASCAR Cup Series Champion Kyle Busch in a victory that propelled Jones into the spotlight and to the driver’s seat of Busch’s race team at the age of 16.

About Erik Jones 

Erik Jones is a 27-year-old professional racecar driver from Byron, Michigan who currently competes in the NASCAR Cup Series as the driver of the iconic No. 43 racecar, made famous by the legendary Richard ‘The King’ Petty, for LEGACY MOTOR CLUB.

At the age of 19, Jones wasted no time rewriting NASCAR history. In 2015, he captured his first NASCAR Truck Series Championship and Rookie of the Year honors, and still holds the record as the series’ youngest champion at 19 years, 5 months and 21 days. Jones moved up to the NASCAR Xfinity Series for the 2016 season, also winning Rookie of the Year honors. In 2017, Jones won his third straight Rookie of the Year honor, this time in the NASCAR Cup Series, becoming the first driver in NASCAR history to win the award in all three national touring series.

Jones has scored key victories at two of NASCAR’s most prestigious tracks and toughest races. His first NASCAR Cup Series victory came in the Coke Zero Sugar 400 on July 7, 2018, at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway, as he battled back from a lap down taking the lead on the final lap for the win. He also scored two victories in the prestigious Southern 500 at Darlington (S.C.) Raceway – his first in 2019 and again in 2022.

Jones’ family values and passion for giving back drove him to establish the Erik Jones Foundation (EJF) in 2021.
